Thanks for this post. I have a hard time finding good content
related to this subject when searching most of the time.

I also run a blog similar to yours and here’s part of one of my

Looks good, showed one of our app-dev guys and his response…

“Nice. Combine that with their API, and we can integrate easily with our defect tracker with a push ,but could also automate helpSpot itself through its api if it doesn’t support an action for some strange reason.”

Fantastic – we are comparing six request systems and HelpSpot is well liked except for the admin interface, the timing for these peeks couldn’t be better.
